Tenants

Due to its multitenancy, BL Banking Web can be used to operate several companies or organizations in one installation without them having insight into each other's data, users and configuration. After the installation of the application a tenant with the name DEFAULT is already set up. To create additional tenants, click New tenant. This will display a dialog box where you can enter the name of the tenant and the maximum number of participants.

Clicking on Filter tenants opens a dialog box, where you can enter a value, by which the overview is filtered. After a click on Submit, the dialog box closes and the overview is displayed filtered. This is also indicated by a yellow bar, where you can reset the filter.

The Delete button is only activated if one single tenant is marked with the checkbox on the left in the overview. A tenant can only be deleted if its users are also assigned to another tenant and there is no bank in it.

If you click on a tenant in the overview, the page Edit tenant opens where you can add and remove users, as well as set their permission.

Note: This page is only visible for users with administrator rights.
