Preferences

With the preferences, each user can set up the various functional areas of the application for themselves. The user preferences exist alongside the general system settings, which apply to all users.

Settings for…

This drop-down list is only available if an administrator or manager opens this page; users without administrative rights do not see it. It is used to determine the scope of the tabs below it. The entry for me personally is preset after opening the page via the menu item Preferences. By selecting a different entry, administrators and managers can switch to the general or tenant-specific System settings.

Submit

This button saves your changes. It is possible to submit changes from several tabs together.

Administrators and managers submit the changes for the scope selected under Settings for. The entry for me personally must be selected in order to save the personal user settings.

Load default values

This button opens a comparison in which the values of all fields can be compared and reset to the default settings. For further information, see Load default values.

The buttons repeat on all tabs.
