In this overview the participants are displayed, which can be selected in notifications as Reporter and in report files as Sender and Originator. See the sections Services/Capital and Create report file for this.
Via the context menu you can create new participants (see section Create participant), edit or delete them. When creating a new participant the company data of the last entered participant is taken over and filled into the fields. This serves just the purpose of simplifying the data entry. If needed the data can be changed at any time.
