Files to transfer

In the overview on this page, you can see files that have been made available for transfer. Such files could have been exported, for example, from a financial accounting program. This makes it possible to have files automatically delivered by an external system, without having to create or import them manually by a user.

You can sign the files available here by selecting one or more lines in the overview and clicking the Sign button. Thereupon, a page will be loaded, where you can see the details of the file and sign it. The procedure is the same as for signing open payments. See the chapter Payments - Open payments - Sign order for this.

Users with administration rights have to configure a storage location and filter criteria for the files in the settings under Directories for files to send. As an administrator, you can also open the settings directly from the current page by clicking the Directory for files to send button.

Notes: At least one directory must be configured for each target bank. The overview only shows the files filtered according to the settings.

If files from the external system do not appear in the overview or appear more than once, the settings and file names of the files stored in the directory must be checked.

Authorized users who have access to the directories for files to send can use the buttons Upload file for transfer and Delete. To delete, select one or more lines in the overview, click the Delete button and confirm again. The files are deleted from the directory for files to send. You cannot undo this action.

Clicking on Upload file to transfer first opens a drop-down list with the banks for which directories have been configured. After selecting the target bank, a dialog box opens. Make sure that the files you want to upload correspond to the configured filename mask (naming pattern). You can select one or more files from the directory structure or drag and drop them into the dialog box. The uploaded files are added to the overview.
