This dialog box is used to export account statements or transactions. Depending on whether you opened the Account overview or Transactions tab from the BL Banking program window, a window titled Account statement export or Transaction export now appears.
Select the conversion from the drop-down list that you plan to use to export your account statement or transaction. You have all available conversions at your disposal, including the Statement and Transaction conversions included in the delivered scope but also those you create independently.
When you have opened the Export transactions dialog box, you can only select from the transaction conversions - statement conversions are not available.
Clicking this button opens the Change of a conversion dialog box and the currently selected conversion is displayed. You can either review this or make changes - as is described in section Conversion. Please note that a change of the conversion not only takes effect for the current export transaction but also remains in place afterward. After closing this dialog box, you are returned to the previous window and can resume the export.
Clicking this button opens the New conversion dialog box which is used to create a new conversion, as is described in section Conversion. Please note that this new conversion not only takes effect for the current export transaction but also remains in place afterward. As is the case for the Properties button, you are returned to the export window after completing your entry.
Enter the path and the name of the file into this text field to designate where the export will be saved. We recommend clicking the Browse button to select the path and to use the then opening file dialog. An invalid file path results in an error message that is shown in the dialog box below the header.
A warning is displayed in a separate dialog box if you selected a file that already exists. You then have the option to overwrite the existing file or to modify the filename in the text field.
