Initialization

Bank connections that you have not yet initialized are displayed in the overview, but the status is not Ready and the column Subscriber ID is empty. If you select such a bank and click Perform initialization under More actions, this page is displayed. It may also happen that an error message appears when updating the bank access, for example, because your keys are not up-to-date or your access has been locked by the bank. In such cases, you must first have the bank reset the connection before you can reinitialize it.

Enter your subscriber ID in the topmost field of the form. This you have obtained from your bank. The other fields were already filled in while creating the bank connection and in most cases don't have to be changed. If necessary, you can change the keys at any time on the page Renew keys.

After clicking on the blue button, a dialog box appears, where you enter your password and click on Initialize again. After successful initialization, the page Initialization successful is called up. If an error occurs, the overview page is displayed with a message highlighted in red.
