Record address

In this dialog box, you can record a structured address in accordance with the ISO 20022 standard, ensuring that the designated fields in the XML payment file are filled in correctly.

The dialog box is opened from an initial dialog by clicking the Enter button. It is available when you record:

Enter at least the City. All other information is optional. Enter only the actual value without a description, e.g., "XY Tower", not "Building: XY Tower". A description is automatically added for Floor, Room, and Post box.

The usage of data from fields marked with a lamp icon depends on which schema is configured for the corresponding payment method at the bank. With the standard schemas pain.001.001.09 and pain.008.001.08, this data is included in the payment details, but not with older schemas. You can edit the pain schemas under Bank properties – Send parameters.

Town location and District must be filled in with the corresponding units of the city's administrative structure. The state is usually not selected in this dialog box, but in the initial dialog box. One exception is the recording of an address upon request within the recording of a SEPA transfer. In that case, you can also select the country in the same dialog box. The Country subdivision must correspond to the selected country.

Click the Finish button to copy the address into the corresponding field in the initial dialog box. Your entries will be displayed in the same order as shown here. A label is added for Floor, Room, and Post box. The postal code is always placed in front of the city name.

Clicking the Reset button clears all fields, thus deleting the address. Changes to the address will not take effect until the initial dialog is also finished.
