Column configuration

In each overview, you can open a dialog box for column configuration by clicking the button with a slider in the upper-right corner or by selecting Configure columns from the dropdown menu next to it.

The dialog box lists the names of all available columns, arranged vertically rather than horizontally as in the overview. A checked box next to a name indicates that this column is visible in the overview. For some overviews, optional columns are available that are not displayed by default. Check or uncheck the boxes next to the column names as desired.

The order of the names in the dialog box corresponds to the default order or the order that was last set. To move a column, select the name without clicking the checkbox. Use the buttons to move the column to the desired position. The Top and Bottom buttons move the name directly to the first or last position. Use the Up and Down buttons to move the name one position in the specified direction with each click.

Clicking the Finish button applies the modified column configuration. The columns will then be displayed in the overview in the same order as the checked items in the dialog box. The Reset button reverts all changes, restoring the default order and visibility.

Note: Changes you make in the overview using drag and drop are carried over to the dialog box, and vice versa. If you use the mouse to move a column behind the last visible column, its name may appear in the dialog box after the names of hidden columns.
