BL Banking is a modular software system with a functional scope that can be custom-configured to match your specific needs and requirements. This scope ranges from file transfers to account statements and payment transactions.
However, all versions of BL Banking have a range of functions in common. These include in particular electronic distributed signatures, but also the ability to set up additional users and support for smartcards and mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets.
This section describes the general functions of BL Banking. They can be accessed via the menu, but also in part directly via the toolbar.
There are also actions that are available for most functions. These actions are always initiated by the same method via the menu / context menu, the keyboard, or the toolbar. The most frequently used actions are described below.
The details of the selected row in an overview are displayed in a pop-up dialog box. Certain functions also permit data to be processed and/or edited.
For instance, if another user makes changes in a network installation, they will be displayed to you. Certain functions also perform a query to the bank, for instance to determine the status of a payment.
The selected rows in an overview are deleted. You will need to confirm the process in a pop-up dialog box to prevent inadvertent deletions.
Printing in BL Banking generally means that data is formatted in a printer-compatible layout and is then displayed in a PDF file. The actual printing is the performed via the corresponding function of the operating system in use (e.g. Windows) and the printer connected to the computer or the network.
All rows in an overview are selected.
