Synchronize with app

Free apps from Business Logics are available at Google Play™ / App Store℠ for the mobile use of the program on Android™ and iPhone® smartphones and tablets. More information and download links can be found on the website of Business-Logics under BL Banking for Android and BL Banking for iOS.

Notes: Please note that the use of apps for smartphones and tablets in combination with smartcards is not possible, because the key of smartcards cannot be exported.

Permissions, e.g. in the user administration, are not supported by the apps and will therefore not be synchronized.

After you have installed the app on your smartphone, it must be synchronized with the BL Banking desktop application. This is accomplished in two steps: In the first step, the master data of BL Banking are exported and stored for five minutes. A number is then displayed which must be entered within five minutes in the app on the smartphone or tablet.

Instead, you can also perform the synchronization by means of a QR-Code. To do so, check the box Synchronize by using a QR Code and click Finish. Then another window with the QR code is displayed, which you can scan with your smartphone.

If you have several banks installed on your BL Banking application, you can select the banks to be synchronized before the export.

Note: This function is not available on all versions of BL Banking.
